Estimate the remaining time in the MCMC based on previous samples

Usage

computeTimeRemaining(nsi, timer0, nsims, nrep = 1000, ninit = 500)

Arguments

nsi

Current iteration

timer0

Initial timer value, returned from proc.time()[3]

nsims

Total number of simulations

nrep

Print the estimated time remaining every nrep iterations

ninit

Print the first estimated time remaining at ninit

Value

Table of summary statistics using the function summary
